Make sure your Iceberg is genuine
Some sellers now use the Iceberg name or the term "Night Vision" for window film that is not Iceberg. These four checks are enough to be sure, and you can do all of them yourself.
Four checks
Genuine Iceberg always passes all four
- The dealer is on the official listIceberg is sold and installed only by the official dealers listed on icebergwindowfilms.com. A shop that is not on this list is not an Iceberg dealer, whatever name or logo it uses. Open the official dealer list
- There is an official warranty card with a numberEvery Iceberg installation comes with an official 5-year warranty card with its own number, handed over at installation. No card, or a "shop warranty" without a number, means it is not Iceberg.
- The number is registered on Iceberg e-WarrantyEnter the card number on the Iceberg warranty site. A genuine number shows your warranty period. If the number is not found, the film is not Iceberg, even if the packaging or receipt says Iceberg. Check a warranty card number
- It is the registered markICEBERG® Night Vision Technology is a registered trademark at Indonesia's Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DJKI), No. IDM000918527. You can look the registration up yourself in the PDKI DJKI database. Other products using the words "Night Vision" or "Iceberg" without an official dealer and an Iceberg warranty card are not ours. Look it up at PDKI DJKI
Signs it is not Iceberg
Pause if you run into any of these
We do not name other brands. What matters to you: film that fails the four checks above is not made, tested or warranted by Iceberg, and we cannot help if something goes wrong with it.
Your report is used only to follow up with parties using the Iceberg name without permission.
- The shop is not on the official dealer list but uses a name, logo or colours that look like Iceberg.
- There is no official warranty card, or its number is not found when checked online.
- It is called "Night Vision" or "night vision technology" but the brand is not Iceberg.
- It is sold as sheets or rolls for DIY installation. Iceberg is never sold for self-installation.
- The price is far below the official price list for the same car size.
- You are offered "Iceberg" through a social account or number that is not listed on this site.
How do I make sure my Iceberg window film is genuine?
Three things: it was installed by a dealer on the official dealer list at icebergwindowfilms.com, you received an official warranty card with a number, and that number is found on the Iceberg e-Warranty site. If any of the three is missing, the film is not Iceberg.
Is "Night Vision" window film from another brand the same as Iceberg?
No. ICEBERG® Night Vision Technology is a registered trademark at DJKI (No. IDM000918527) and Night Vision Technology is the technology of Iceberg Window Films. Other products using a similar term are not made, tested or warranted by Iceberg.
A shop says it sells Iceberg but is not on the dealer list. What now?
Do not install yet. Contact Iceberg on WhatsApp 6285215314548 with the shop name and city; we will confirm its status. Official dealers are always on the dealer list on this site.
I already installed it and it turned out not to be genuine Iceberg. What can I do?
Keep the receipt, the card and photos of the film, then report it to Iceberg on WhatsApp. The Iceberg warranty only covers installations at official dealers, but your report helps us act against parties using the Iceberg name without permission and protects other customers.
Where are the official Iceberg dealers, accounts and numbers?
All on icebergwindowfilms.com: the dealer list by province and country, the official WhatsApp number 6285215314548, and links to the official social accounts at the bottom of every page.
Why we are strict about this
Customer satisfaction is our priority. Every Iceberg installation is done by a trained official dealer, with the same film we test, and covered by a 5-year warranty that can be claimed at any official dealer. Film that only borrows the name is something we cannot stand behind.
